The location of this hotel is a major highlight. Just a short walk from West Hampstead station, it makes getting around London easy. The room had a cozy vibe, perfect for a home away from home. I appreciated the cleanliness and the comfortable bed. there were some downsides. Check-in instructions weren't clear, which caused some confusion. I also noticed a lack of heating during my stay, which affected my comfort level. A couple of extra pillows would have really made a difference too. while I enjoyed the stay, clearer communication and a few amenities could improve the experience significantly.

My Deluxe Single Room was a bit run down and didn’t feel deluxe. there was no heating, which could be a real issue in cooler weather. I had to go hunting for check-in instructions since they weren't provided upfront, and the exterior of the building doesn't really resemble a classic hotel vibe. The lack of extra pillows on the bed added to the overall discomfort, but I didn’t inquire about getting more.
